Staff Text Messages

Terms

What this is. Maple Blue's Coffee sends text messages from (888) 679-0322 to its own owners and employees only. We never text customers from this number and never send marketing.

• Employees: shift messages, such as a request to cover an open shift when a coworker calls out, and a note when that shift is filled.
• Owners: operational alerts about the shop, such as a missing inventory count or an order that needs approval.

How often. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or call the shop at (970) 701-4975.

Not a condition of employment. Texts are optional. Opting out never affects your job; you can still get shift information from your manager or the staff hub.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We collect your mobile number only to send the messages described above. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with our text message provider (Twilio) so it can deliver the messages.

We keep your number while you work for us and remove it when you leave or reply STOP. To have your number removed sooner, reply STOP or ask the shop.
