Full-time salaried • 466 Yampa Ave, Craig, CO • About 45–50 hours, five days
Here is the honest reason we are hiring: we are opening a second location in Steamboat Springs, and ownership is going to be focused there. We need someone who can genuinely run Craig — not someone waiting on direction. That means real authority over your team, your schedule, and how the shop operates day to day. If you have been a manager who had to check with an owner before every decision, this is not that.
$60,000–$75,000 depending on experience. We open early, so expect early mornings plus some weekends and holidays — but we are not looking for someone to live here. As Maple Blues grows, this role grows: occasional trips to Steamboat for training and support, and a real path to broader operations responsibility.
