Who we are
Maple Blue's Coffee is a coffee shop in Craig, Colorado. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our online ordering, job applications and our text messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Online orders: orders are placed through our point-of-sale provider, Toast. Toast collects your name, contact details and payment information to process the order, under its own privacy policy. We see your order and contact details so we can make and hand off your order.
- Job applications: the name, contact details and work history you enter on our careers page, used only to consider you for a job.
- Text messages: mobile numbers of our owners and employees who agree to receive staff text messages (see below).
- Website visits: our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information only to run the shop: to fill orders, answer questions, consider job applications and send the staff messages described below. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
Maple Blue's Coffee sends text messages from (888) 679-0322 to its own owners and employees only. We never text customers from this number and never send marketing. Full terms and the employee consent form are at maplebluescoffee.com/sms.
- We collect a mobile number only to send the messages that person agreed to: shift messages for employees and operational alerts for owners.
- Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We share mobile numbers only with our text message provider (Twilio) so it can deliver the messages.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- We keep a number while the person works for us and remove it when they leave or reply STOP.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the shop (such as Toast for orders and Twilio for text messages), or when the law requires it.
Your choices

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
